SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Foundations Vitamins+ by Skindamentals, LLC. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Thursday).

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

If you opted into SMS notifications, you may also receive updates via text.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

Skindamentals, LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

Skindamentals, LLC is responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can expedite a replacement.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Skindamentals, LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can:

  • Reship the order at the customer’s expense, or
  • Refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees)
